Average Rates

$100 - 150 per 50-minute individual session

$25 - 75 per 60/75-minute group session

Cancellation Policy

A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice unless it is due to illness or an emergency. A bill will be mailed directly to all clients who do not show up for, or cancel an appointment.

Reduced Fees

Sliding scale fees are subject to availability. I am usually able to arrive at a fee that is comfortable for clients.

 

Insurance

Psychotherapy services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage, carefully, to determine if you are eligible for mental health benefits. You might find it helpful to ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• Is there a limit to how many sessions I can attend?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• What forms are needed in order to obtain reimbursement?
